Andreas Kontoleon


Andreas Kontoleon is an environmental economist working at the Centre for Social and Economic Research for the Global Environment (CSERGE). He is currently completing his Ph.D. at the Department of Economics at University College London (UCL) where he also teaches graduate classes at UCL’s Department of Economics. He has participated in a wide range of environmental economics projects. These include studies on the preservation of the Giant Panda (sponsored by the China Council for International Co-operation on Environment & Development), the African Black Rhino (sponsored by CSERGE), and on European remote mountain lakes (sponsored by the EU Framework V Environmental & Sustainable Development Programme).
